What Is the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?
The Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) is a federal initiative aimed at providing access to dental care for eligible Canadians, particularly those in low- and middle-income households, seniors, and children. It’s designed to reduce financial barriers to essential dental services, ensuring that more people can maintain good oral health without undue cost.
In short, CDCP helps cover the cost of basic and preventive dental treatments, such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more, depending on eligibility and income thresholds.
